Propped only requires your personal information to contact you back when you have reached out to us in relation to our products, and to provide support services.

We collect information from our website only:

  • Your name through our contact form so that we know how to address you when providing information and support.
  • Your email address through our contact form so that we know how to contact you back to provide information and support.
  • Your phone number through our contact form so that we know how to contact you back to provide information and support.

Where is the data stored?

We store all data in our on-premises databases. All databases are password protected with long, randomly generated passwords.

All our computer systems are protected with complex passwords and are kept in secure locations. No personal data is allowed to be stored on laptops or removable media.

No data is backed up at present, as we limit how long we keep the data stored for anyway.

How long do we keep hold of your information?

Propped will store your information for as long as your request for information or support is active or as required. If you wish to cancel your request for information or support, then please contact us at info@propped.co.uk. We will retain your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

How can I access/change/delete/move the data you hold?

You have the right to be forgotten, if you wish for us to remove all data we hold in relation to you, we will need to cancel your request for information or support, if this is what you require please contact us at info@propped.co.uk.

Breach Notification

If a breach/unauthorised access of personal data takes place that is likely to "result in a risk for the rights and freedoms of individuals", notification will be made within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.

All staff are given GDPR training, whereby they are required to complete an assessment to ensure they are suitably qualified.

Security

The security of your personally identifiable information is important to us. When you provide personally identifiable information to us, as well as sensitive information, we ensure that it is available only to key personnel.

Security patches are applied to our systems as a matter of priority and any changes or updates to our own systems are done so, always, with data protection and privacy in mind and where appropriate, in discussion with our customers.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personally identifiable information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personally identifiable information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
